MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Civil Project Manager to oversee critical infrastructure projects in water, wastewater, bridges, and related civil and ICI work. Projects typically range in value from $20M to $60M. This role is ideal for a motivated project professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality infrastructure that serves communities.

As a Civil Project Manager, you will play a key role in guiding projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring safety, collaboration, and excellence in execution.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage critical infrastructure projects across all phases of the life cycle.
• Maintain accountability for project budgets, costs, and schedules, including accurate monthly forecasts.
• Oversee project delivery, financial management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, designers, site superintendents, subtrades, and other stakeholders.
• Organize project teams into effective workgroups and guide them in meeting project deliverables.
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive culture while leading essential infrastructure projects that shape communities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience with a mid-size to large general contractor.
• Proven track record delivering projects from start to finish; ideally within the $20M–$60M range.
• Civil and ICI construction experience; water/wastewater projects strongly preferred.
• Bridge experience is considered an asset.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong communicator, confident, collaborative, and driven self-starter.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide project teams through a hands-on approach.
• Familiarity with construction management conversion or IPD (collaborative delivery) is an asset.
• Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
• CSTS 2020 certification.
