MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our client, an established real estate management firm in the Kelowna area and oversee a portfolio of 200 unfurnished residential units. This role is ideal for a driven, people-oriented professional who thrives on relationship building, problem solving, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a residential property portfolio, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and lease administration.
• Negotiate new leases and renewals in collaboration with clients and external leasing partners.
• Prepare annual budgets, oversee monthly financial reporting, and liaise with the accounting department.
• Proactively handle tenant service requests and maintenance issues alongside site staff.
• Represent the company professionally while building long-term relationships with clients and residents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• Licensed to provide Rental Property Management in BC.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing residential properties.
• Additional designations such as RPA, CPM, or DULE are considered assets.
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi is an asset.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Friendly, approachable, and client-service focused.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
