MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Contract Professionals to perform formal post-award contract management for medium- to high-complexity projects, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Duration: 1 year

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of post-award contracts from award to close-out.

• Oversee change management, payment processing, submittal management, contract completion, and archiving.

• Monitor supplier and contractor performance to ensure obligations are met.

• Identify and resolve contract issues in a timely manner to minimize risk.

• Provide guidance on sourcing, procurement, and contract management best practices.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

• Forecast, monitor, and report on contract usage to support budget and financial control requirements.

Must Have Experience:

• Post-award contract management from award to close-out (change management, payment processing, submittal management, completion, archiving).

• 9+ years’ experience 

Nice to Have:

• SAP

• Claims / Commercial Management

• Utility or large infrastructure project experience
