MatchBox Consulting Group is on the hunt for a Contract Professional. This candidate is responsible for managing medium to high complexity contracts across a defined portfolio. This role focuses on ensuring contract performance, driving value, maintaining compliance, and supporting operational delivery. It requires expert knowledge of contract management practices, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to resolve issues and improve contract outcomes.

Duration: 11 months

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of contracts, including updates, renewals, amendments, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary resource for contract inquiries and coordination across internal teams and external suppliers.
• Identify and implement improvements to contract processes and workflows to increase efficiency and performance.
• Develop reporting dashboards and analytics that track contract usage, supplier performance, and related KPIs.
• Monitor supplier deliverables, address performance gaps, and support initiatives that enhance contract value.
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement activities and promote best practices within contract management.

Must Haves

• 7–9 years of contract management experience
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven experience with process improvement initiatives
• Relevant experience aligned with the Work Assignment Overview

Nice to Have

• SAP experience or familiarity
• Procurement experience
