MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Sales Representative for our client, a specialized construction products manufacturer and installer based in BC that's expanding its presence in Toronto. The company designs, supplies, and installs engineered anchoring and access solutions used in commercial, institutional, and industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and manage new business opportunities across the GTA
• Meet with contractors, project managers, developers, and consultants to understand project requirements
• Work closely with the estimating team to develop bids and technical proposals
• Maintain consistent follow-up to convert opportunities into awarded work
• Coordinate and oversee product installations on active job sites
• Support site activities and ensure alignment between sales commitments and execution
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and on-site support as required
• Maintain accurate sales data, CRM records, and project documentation
• Support general office administration and internal coordination
• Assist with project coordination tasks when needed

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience, ideally within construction or a related technical industry
• Consultative, relationship-driven sales approach
• Experience working with contractors, architects, project managers, or developers is a strong asset
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
