MatchBox Consulting is on the hunt for a Copy Writer. This Candidate will research, write, edit, and maintain corporate or technical materials. The role focuses on translating complex information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content while ensuring consistency in formatting, structure, and branding.

Contract: 2 months

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and research source content

• Rewrite, edit, and format documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency

• Apply established templates and writing guidelines

• Ensure proper document organization and version control within document management systems

• Design simple, engaging materials aligned with brand standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of writing experience (technical, corporate, marketing, or related)

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Writing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent (portfolio required)

• Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills

• Advanced Adobe skills

• Strong professional written and verbal English
