MatchBox Consultuing is on the hunt for a Communications Coordinator. This candidate supports communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Prepares and coordinates communications materials, tracks program progress, and ensures effective delivery of information across internal and external stakeholders.

Contract: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and coordinate newsletters, reports, presentations, and other communication materials.

• Support tracking tools, progress reporting, and document management systems.

• Contribute to communication plans and audience analysis using consultative methods.

• Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to ensure projects and programs are delivered on time and within scope.

• Support grant, scholarship, sponsorship, employee giving, and community volunteering programs, including application processing, tracking, reporting, and communications.

• Assist in planning, developing, and executing events and public programs.

• Provide administrative and reporting support, including data entry, program tracking, and research.

Education and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of communications, event planning, or public affairs processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with non-profit organizations.

• Database management and financial tracking experience.

• Additional coursework in consultation, marketing, or research (IAP2, BCAMA, IABC, CPRS, or similar).
