Join a dynamic property management client based in Vancouver, committed to maintaining high-quality commercial and residential spaces. They prioritize tenant satisfaction and operational excellence, offering a supportive team environment where your skills and dedication make a difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of building interiors, exteriors, and equipment.
  • Perform building repairs and maintenance including door/lock repairs, carpentry work, minor electrical and plumbing/HVAC repairs, and necessary cleaning.
  • Respond promptly to tenant requests and maintenance issues onsite.
  • Coordinate with head office for tenant and building improvement work as required.
  • Supervise outside service providers as necessary.
  • Attend maintenance meetings and provide detailed reports to supervisors.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure all Property Management policies and procedures are followed effectively and efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Building Maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
  • Valid driver’s license (own vehicle preferred).
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
