Matchbox Consulting is on the hunt for a Contract Service Admin located in Burnaby.

Our client is a leading energy provider in British Columbia, dedicated to delivering reliable and sustainable power to communities and businesses across the province. With a strong focus on innovation and infrastructure development, they play a crucial role in supporting economic growth while ensuring environmental responsibility. Through strategic planning and investment, they continue to modernize and expand their operations to meet the evolving energy needs of the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage 50-80 active purchase orders (POs), including tracking spend, increasing, extending, and adding scope in SAP.
  • Create 10-20 Service Entry Sheets (SES) daily for invoice processing within Net 5, 7, and 30 payment terms.
  • Handle contract administration tasks, including verifying contract details and responding to stakeholder requests.
  • Provide general office support, including ordering supplies, coffee, and tracking PSOSE timesheets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum two years of contract administration work experience or equivalent
  • High School Graduation
  • SAP experience for service entry sheet creation
  • Strong understanding contract section & invoice processing of SAP
  • SharePoint experience

Assets:

  • Utility industry experience
