Matchbox Consulting is on the hunt for a Curriculum Coordinator located in Surrey, BC working in a hybrid work model (minimum two days in office and may increase based on business requirements).

Responsibilities:

• Enter roster data into SuccessFactors Learning Management System
• Organize and print training materials
• Review and update course instructor records in SuccessFactors Learning
• Update facility and location information in SuccessFactors Learning per established standards

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in coordination, administration, or project support
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent experience
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & SharePoint proficiency
• Strong organization and teamwork skills
• Advanced English communication skills (written & spoken)

Assets:

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or database work
