MatchBox Consulting Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a major real estate development firm, for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their high-energy, detail-driven finance team.

What You’ll Do
- Receive, sort, and code invoices and supporting documents
- Verify accuracy of invoice details
- Match invoices to POs, tickets, and backup
- Enter invoices into Timberscan
- Track and manage invoice approvals
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors
- Maintain GL integrity and support month-end deadlines
- Assist with audit prep and AP analysis
- Contribute to efficiency metrics and process improvements
- Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as needed
- What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong accuracy, keypunch speed, and aptitude with numbers
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Sage 300 / Timberline / Timberscan is a strong asset
- Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Clear communicator and collaborative team player
- Self-starter with high integrity and professionalism
