Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance crews.
• Communicate task completion to enable smooth handover to subsequent trades.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment.
• Promote and demonstrate the company’s values, mission, and vision.
• Exhibit high competency and reliability within your licensed AME category.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on customer aircraft in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Accurately complete and sign work cards, worksheets, and all required documentation.
• Foster a culture of quality and responsiveness in support of client expectations.
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Transport Canada Certified AME with M, S, or E License (required or considered an asset depending on role).
• Completion of a Transport Canada approved AME course (preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Solid foundational knowledge of aircraft systems related to your license category.

Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in a fast-paced aviation maintenance environment.
