Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance crews.
- Communicate task completion to enable smooth handover to subsequent trades.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment.
- Promote and demonstrate the company’s values, mission, and vision.
- Exhibit high competency and reliability within your licensed AME category.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on customer aircraft in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Accurately complete and sign work cards, worksheets, and all required documentation.
- Foster a culture of quality and responsiveness in support of client expectations.
- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Transport Canada Certified AME with M, S, or E License (required or considered an asset depending on role).
- Completion of a Transport Canada approved AME course (preferred).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Solid foundational knowledge of aircraft systems related to your license category.
Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in a fast-paced aviation maintenance environment.
