MatchBox is seeking an Assistant Superintendent Join a general contractor with heart. Our client is known not just for building large-scale ICI projects—ranging from $25M to $150M—but for investing in the people who bring them to life. With a reputation for treating site teams with real respect, they’re growing again and looking for a strong Assistant Superintendent to join their Lower Mainland operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting site leadership on high-profile ICI builds (institutional, commercial, industrial)
• Coordinating trades and subcontractors
• Helping manage site safety, quality, and scheduling
• Assisting in driving timelines, progress reports, and site logistics
• Ensuring strong communication between field and office

Who You Are:

• A motivated construction professional with ICI or mixed-use concrete experience
• Ideally Red Seal certified in Carpentry (or equivalent experience)
• Skilled at coordinating multiple moving parts on complex jobsites
• Known for your clear communication, problem-solving, and team-first attitude
• Open to relocating or already in BC—our client is open to out-of-province talent
