Business Development Manager – Construction & Technical Sales

What You’ll Do:

• Develop new business – Identify and pursue high-value opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Close profitable deals – Build relationships with key decision-makers, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term partnerships.
• Manage a strong pipeline – Track leads, monitor sales activities, and drive revenue growth using CRM tools.
• Cultivate industry relationships – Engage with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals to expand your network.
• Stay ahead of market trends – Analyze competitors, industry developments, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
• Deliver winning proposals – Prepare and present compelling business cases to drive new projects.

What You Bring:

• Industry expertise required – Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in construction, engineering, technical sales, or a related sector.
• Proven track record in B2B sales – You have successfully built and closed high-value deals.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills – You can connect with key decision-makers and create long-term partnerships.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution – You spot opportunities and make them happen.
• CRM proficiency – Experience with tools like Constant Contact or similar for sales tracking and client management.
• Technical understanding – Ability to speak the language of the industry and tailor solutions to client needs.
