Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced Contract Professionals to support complex contract management activities for large-scale infrastructure and operations projects. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in post-award contract management, effective stakeholder engagement, and deep knowledge of public sector procurement principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end contract management for high-complexity contracts, focusing on post-award performance, compliance, and issue resolution.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure contract deliverables are met on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Monitor contract execution and supplier performance, ensuring all parties meet contractual obligations and resolving any issues as they arise.
• Foster positive working relationships between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and supply chain teams.
• Provide expert-level advice on contract-related matters, including compliance, risk mitigation, and performance tracking.
• Prepare forecasts and reports on contract usage to support budget adherence and financial planning.
• Advise business units on procurement strategies and the development of contractual agreements to deliver best value outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of contract management experience, preferably in large capital projects or infrastructure environments.
• Proven post-award contract management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for professional environments.
• Ability to work on-site at least two days per week at the Edmonds location.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement laws and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing equipment supply contracts.
• Professional certifications such as Project Management (PMP) or Supply Chain Management credentials.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid work structure with at least two days per week onsite at Edmonds, BC.
• Collaborative, cross-disciplinary team environment supporting major infrastructure initiatives.
