Contract Professional – Downtown Vancouver – Hybrid (at least once per week on-site)
Duration: June 23, 2025 – June 23, 2026

? Role Summary

The Contract Professional Level 1 manages low to medium complexity contracts to ensure safe, timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery of projects and operations.


? Key Responsibilities

  • Perform contract management activities using sound contract management practices.

  • Monitor supplier and contract performance, resolve issues, and communicate effectively.

  • Develop and revise operational practices and documentation for affordability-related product contracts.

  • Coordinate admin support teams and manage quality control for multiple deliverables.

  • Audit product requirements against processes and create action plans for deficiencies.

  • Facilitate training sessions for new/existing staff across products.

  • Weekly import/export of ECAP applications and prepare relevant reporting.

  • Assist Key Account Managers with project tracking, resource coordination, and stakeholder updates.

  • Ad hoc tasks as required to support cross-functional teams and project goals.


? Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, Economics, or related field OR College-level program in Business, Economics, or Communications.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years in contract management.

  • Skills:

    • Good understanding of project management principles.

    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in:

      • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project)

      • SAP (required)

      • English (written and spoken)

  • Nice to Have:

    • Familiarity with utility industry

    • Comfort with new computer systems
