MatchBox Consulting Group is on the hunt for a contracts professional to work out of Surrey or Burnaby in a hybrid work model. This candidate will manage contracts of low to medium complexity to ensure projects and operations are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with quality. This role involves monitoring contract performance, resolving issues, and liaising with stakeholders and suppliers to maximize outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day contract management activities, including progress meetings, change management, dispute resolution, payment validation, and document control.
• Monitor and report on contract performance, ensuring all parties fulfill contractual obligations.
• Engage with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve contract issues and support sourcing initiatives.
• Assist in designing strategies to optimize vendor management and contract spend.
• Forecast, monitor, and report contract usage to meet budget and policy requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Must Haves:

• Minimum 5 years of contract management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Economics, or related field (or equivalent)
• Class 5 driver’s license
• Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Nice to Haves:

• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
