MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Customer Care Warranty Representative four our client, a leading high-volume home builder in the Fraser Valley. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, managing warranty requests, and coordinating repairs to ensure homeowner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and warranty requests promptly.
- Assess and document warranty issues, coordinating with trades and vendors for timely resolution.
- Schedule and oversee service appointments, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and service history.
- Educate homeowners on warranty coverage and home maintenance best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring a smooth post-possession experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, warranty, or homeowner relations within residential construction.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of BC home warranty guidelines is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
