MatchBox Consulting is on the hunt for a Data Analyst. This Candidate Translates data into actionable insights to support planning, decision-making, and business solutions.

Contract: 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets using qualitative and quantitative techniques to support strategic decision-making.

• Maintain data quality by verifying, validating, and filtering information as needed.

• Develop, implement, and maintain database systems and reporting processes.

• Create Power BI dashboards integrating data from multiple sources.

• Automate data updates in dashboards and develop sustainment processes and documentation.

• Prepare and present findings and options to support management within scope, time, and budget.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word and Excel).

• Working knowledge of data analysis software is an asset.

• Advanced written and spoken English skills.

Must Haves:

• 2 years Power BI experience.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience in a Learning and Development environment preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline.
