On behalf of our client, a growing real estate developer with a strong focus on both commercial and residential projects, we are seeking a **Development Coordinator** to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
– Provide support throughout the development lifecycle, assisting with project timelines, budgets, and coordination with internal teams and external partners
– Conduct research, analysis, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes
– Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for development meetings
– Play an integral role in ensuring smooth project execution from concept to completion

Ideal Candidate:
– Previous experience as a Development Coordinator, Analyst, or in a similar role within real estate development
– Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Eager to learn and grow, with a keen interest in real estate development
– Strong communication skills and attention to detail
