Location: Vancouver, BC

Our client, an iconic and respected developer in Vancouver, is actively seeking a skilled Development Manager with specialized experience in the real estate sector. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who has successfully managed development projects, particularly in multi-family constructions involving both concrete and wood-frame techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full development cycle of projects, from initial concept to completion.
• Coordinate project planning, design, approvals, and oversee construction stages.
• Engage with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to drive project success.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies and financial analysis for new developments.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Facilitate the municipal planning and development approval processes.
• Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and building codes.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Development Manager role.
• Proven track record of managing at least one project from start to finish.
• Extensive experience in concrete and wood-frame multi-family developments.
• Familiarity with the Vancouver real estate and development landscape.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
