Electrical Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial Construction (Vancouver, BC)

This is a growing, well-established electrical contractor taking on complex, high-value projects across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. They’re looking for someone who can step in, run projects properly, and build strong relationships with clients and field teams.

You’ll be trusted to lead projects, make decisions, and deliver results without unnecessary layers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own projects from kickoff to closeout — schedule, budget, execution
• Work directly with clients, foremen, and field teams
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and project risk
• Handle billing, change orders, and financial tracking
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
• Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business
• Support estimating and pricing when required

What They’re Looking For

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in the Vancouver electrical market
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or tenant improvement projects
• Trades-qualified
• Strong communication skills with both clients and crews
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Someone who takes ownership and follows through
