MatchBox Consulting Group is on the hunt for a Electrical Technologist. The successful candidate will contribute to project delivery, mentor junior staff, and eventually take on project leadership and team direction responsibilities. You will plays a key part in the design documentation and project management of electrical engineering projects across education, institutional, recreational, multi-family residential, commercial, healthcare, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design electrical building systems (lighting, power distribution, life safety, communications, etc.)
- Develop and review construction documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness
- Support project management, quality assurance, and client communications
- Participate in proposals, resource planning, and technical reviews
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology
- 10+ years of relevant experience in building electrical design
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code and National Building Codes
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience managing small project teams and client relationships
