MatchBox Consulting Group is currently looking for a Executive Assistant for our client, a real estate development firm based in the Fraser Valley.   

Our client is a real estate developer – they acquire land and develop multi-family construction projects across the Lower Mainland.  They have 20+ years of experience in this industry, having built thousands of homes in the region.   

Responsibilities: 

• Supporting the executives, enabling them to effectively manage their time and workload
• Identify tasks to complete and be able to anticipate needs, always being one step ahead
• Handle all company-related expenses in a timely manner to ensure proper reimbursement, managing expense report approval process for executives
• Handle sensitive and highly confidential information for executive(s) relating to the company, employees, compensation, etc. 
• Prepare written reports and communication to internal/external business partners and professionally interact with same
• Coordinate meetings, organize and schedule large and complex activities such as cross-functional events, business travel, conferences, and department activities

Qualifications:  

• 5-10 years of high level administrative experience
• Experience in construction/real estate/development is an asset but not required
• High level attention to detail
• Proactive and takes initiative to learn necessary skills
• Exceptionally organized, accountable, and highly productive
• Strong ability to reprioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to process instructions and successfully execute projects from start to finish, meet critical deadlines, etc.
