MatchBox Consulting Group is currently searching for a Go-To-Market Manager for a permanent role at one of our clients based in Vancouver

Responsibilities:
 

• Lead GTM plans for new products, features, and ERP integrations—defining positioning, messaging, and launch sequencing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn capabilities into compelling value propositions and supporting materials.
• Develop sales enablement content and training tailored to ERP ecosystems. Define KPIs, track performance, and adjust strategies based on insights. Plan targeted launch activities, including webinars and co-marketing.
• Design and execute GTM strategies for onboarding and expanding bank partnerships. Customize approaches based on partner needs and relevant offerings. Create co-branded materials and support joint marketing initiatives. Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Act as the GTM lead across teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication. Use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and optimize execution.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, or similar role within the B2B2B SaaS or FinTech industry, with a focus on strategy development.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products, features, partnerships, or integrations in a B2B2B environment, preferably within the financial services or payments space.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market frameworks and the product lifecycle.
• Experience utilizing market and competitive analysis to inform GTM strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and presentations for diverse audiences (internal teams, bank partners, corporate clients, ERP users). 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and measure GTM effectiveness.
