What You’ll Do:

Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, policy implementation, and performance management

Lead the recruitment process for various roles within the department, from job postings to interview coordination and candidate selection

Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture

Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with industry standards

Maintain compliance with labor laws and organizational policies

Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention
What You Bring:
- Strong background in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition
- Solid understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and performance management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, growing company

A proactive and adaptable mindset

HR certification (CHRP, or similar) is an asset, but not mandatory
