What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, policy implementation, and performance management

• Lead the recruitment process for various roles within the department, from job postings to interview coordination and candidate selection

• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture

• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with industry standards

• Maintain compliance with labor laws and organizational policies

• Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention

What You Bring:

• Strong background in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition
• Solid understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and performance management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, growing company

• A proactive and adaptable mindset

• HR certification (CHRP, or similar) is an asset, but not mandatory
