MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee industrial projects across Canada and the USA. This role is ideal for a Superintendent with expertise in tilt-up construction who thrives in a traveling position, bringing strong leadership to dynamic job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Lead on-site management for industrial construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Tilt-Up Construction Expertise: Apply hands-on tilt-up experience to drive project success, troubleshoot on-site issues, and guide crews.
• Travel: Be ready to travel across Canada and the USA as needed, overseeing multiple project sites.
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to align with project timelines and standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to maintain open communication, anticipate challenges, and meet project requirements.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict safety regulations and quality standards, ensuring compliance with local codes and company policies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years as a Superintendent, with a strong background in industrial and tilt-up construction.
• Travel Availability: Willing and able to travel frequently across Canada and the USA.
• Skills: Proven leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Safety Certification: Relevant certifications in health and safety preferred.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required.
