On behalf of our client, Matchbox Consulting is seeking an Interior Superintendent. The client is a growing and exciting developer builder located in Victoria, BC. 

Interior Superintendent  is responsible for overseeing the interior construction of multi-family projects, managing daily on-site activities from rough-in and windows to project completion. The role requires 2-3 years of experience as a multi-family Interiors Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including civil, concrete, framing, building systems, finishing, inspections, and close-out.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain the construction schedule, manage documents, and provide weekly updates.
• Ensure quality control and manage relationships with sub-contractors.
• Monitor safety compliance and ensure a healthy work environment.
• Review documents for accuracy and constructability.
• Assist in pre-construction planning for future projects.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience as a multi-family Interiors Superintendent.
• Nice to have: 10+ years as a Superintendent, experience with Procore, and Red Seal Carpenter certification.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• PMP or CM designation is a plus but not required.
