The Opportunity

We are seeking a Lead Engineer specializing in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) to support a portfolio of major projects valued between $500M and $2B+. These large-scale, complex projects involve significant data integration and collaboration across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

You will play a critical role in embedding digital delivery practices across the full project lifecycle—from engineering and procurement through construction and handover. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can champion the benefits of IDD, provide technical expertise, and drive adoption across diverse project teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement frameworks and standards for IDD integration across engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on IDD tools and workflows to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align and adhere to IDD standards.
• Create and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to enable data-driven project delivery.
• Deliver training and coaching to project teams, fostering a culture of digital adoption and continuous improvement.
• Engage in quality assurance activities and support scope development and reviews related to IDD.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation and a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience where IDD/BIM was a significant focus, including work on major projects ($500M+).
• Full project lifecycle experience—design, procurement, construction, and handover to operations/maintenance.
• Proficiency in one or more IDD/BIM platforms (Autodesk, Bentley, Hexagon, Aveva) and familiarity with multiple software environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, or Dynamo.
• Previous field or construction site experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust, influence change, and communicate the value of IDD across multidisciplinary teams.
