With a strong pipeline of projects extending into 2027, the company is expanding its field operations team and is looking for an experienced Mechanical Foreman to take a leadership role on active construction projects.

You’ll join a company with a strong backlog of work and increasing exposure to commercial construction. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing and mechanical crews on active construction sites.
• Plan daily manpower, workflow and field activities.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, GCs and other trades.
• Monitor productivity, quality and project schedules.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project delivery.
• Coordinate materials, equipment and site requirements.
• Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship and site organization.
• Communicate effectively between field crews and office teams.
• Mentor and develop Lead Hands and other field personnel.
• Support mechanical project delivery from rough-in through completion.

Requirements

• Red Seal Plumber certification.
• Previous Mechanical or Plumbing Foreman experience.
• Strong commercial construction experience.
• Proven experience leading and coordinating field crews.
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical/plumbing drawings.
• Experience coordinating with GCs, project teams and other trades.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A safety-first approach and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Concrete construction experience is considered an asset.
• BIM or 3D coordination experience is considered an asset.
