MatchBox Consulting Group is currently looking for a Machine Learning Engineer for a permanent fully remote position with one of our leading AI clients. This is a great opportunity to be part of the creation of a market disrupting finance product.

Salary 280,000 base + Equity
Location Remote (Canada/US)

Requirements:

• Excellent Python programming skills with PyTorch expertis
• Experience training LLM models in a decentralized manner and working on distributed systems.
• Strong grasp of sparsity-centric ML and LLM training.

• Model Development and Optimization: Design, develop, and refine sophisticated ML/LMM models, focusing on performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Support the implementation of best practices for model development, testing, and deployment, ensuring efficient project execution.
• Diverse ML Solution Architecture: Architect a wide range of ML solutions.
