Matchbox Consulting is on the hunt for a MSE Wall Field Review Engineer, to work out of Calgary, AB. Our client is a leading construction and infrastructure development company known for delivering large-scale projects across Canada. With a strong reputation in the industry, they offer exciting opportunities for skilled professionals to contribute to high-impact projects in mining, energy, and heavy civil construction.

Requirements:

• P.Eng designation valid in Alberta.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Field Review Engineer (FRE) specializing in MSE wall construction.
• Strong understanding of construction site regulations, particularly for MSE walls.
• Experience with large-scale civil infrastructure projects and transportation clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections to ensure MSE wall construction aligns with design and technical requirements.
• Review inspection and testing reports related to MSE walls.
• Verify that design changes are properly approved and documented.
• Identify and report non-conformance issues during construction.
• Certify compliance by stamping certificates at key project milestones.
