MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking an Operational Support -ServiceNow professional for a 6- month contract role (with possibility of extension)  with a client of ours located in Victoria. This position can work fully remote anywhere in Canada on or close to PST Hours.

Experience Required

3+ Years as an Operational Support on similar ServiceNow Projects

Description

The resource performing this role will compliment existing Ministry Staff with aspects of support for ServiceNow that will include:
 

• Application Management
• Software Installation
• Release Management
• Performance Tuning
• Incident Triage
• Code Management
• Data Quality
• Documentation
• Escalation Governance
• Performance Management

Core Competencies
 

• 3+ years of experience applying agile development mindset on similar public sector projects
• Experience liaising with other staff and team members (both external and 3^rd party service-providers
