MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking an Oracle HCM Solution Delivery Manager for a 9 month contract role at a client of ours. This role would be primarily remote with some site travel needed.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the program manager, focus on the day-to-day activities of the delivery team, working to improve processes and ensure quality solution through testing cycles. Make things happen, manage stakeholders and coordinate across multiple departments to remove any impediments, escalating as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Operations teams and users to ensure alignment with ongoing release upgrades and revisions to the production environments.
• Identify and monitor any project issues early and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption to the program timelines.
• Create detailed work plans, assign tasks to team members, and track progress against milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead and motivate project team members, foster collaboration, and provide necessary support to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop plan to ensure team readiness for the go-live rollout timelines –training, program implementation and go-live collateral, collaboration for plan/schedule training and support team activities (on-site and live virtual) – all to achieve a successful launch.
• Manage all rollouts, serving as the point of contact for entities during preparation activities, cutover, go-live, post go-live support, and transition to sustainment.
• Client relationship management: build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• 5 years hands-on experience in consulting or industry experience with Application Management Support (AMS) for or implementation of HCM solutions
• 5 years’ experience with Oracle HCM (all modules); strong functional knowledge of the solution
• 3 years’ experience with Time & Attendance solution (preferably UKG)
• 5 years’ experience leading a project team, including driving work efforts towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations
• 5 years' experience managing project issues and taking appropriate action to ensure excellent execution of rollout
• 5 years' experience mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, to grow and develop team members
• Ability to travel up to 25% within Western Canada, on average, based on the project rollout schedule
