MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead for a 3 month contract role (with possibility of extension)  with a client of ours located in Victoria. This position can work fully remote anywhere in Canada.

Organizational Change Management Lead
 

  • Experience and Skills:
    • Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Communications or social science field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
    • Experience conducting stakeholder analysis and developing stakeholder engagement strategies.
    • Experience supporting executive and management in building a team approach for diverse stakeholder groups.
    • Experience coordinating organizational change management activities across all multiple teams.
    • Experience applying business transformation methodologies suited to service management delivery.
    • Experience making use of effective technology and alternative delivery channels (web,video,print) to effect change
    • Experience identifying key changes and strategies for implementation based on new service design.
    • Experience developing and presenting materials to executive leadership and various other stakeholder groups including change management plans, impact assessments, decision papers, briefing notes, status updates, presentations, etc
    • Experience developing communication strategies, plans and related materials at the program as well as individual project work stream level.
    • Experience developing end-user training strategies, plans, and related materials (e.g. training manuals, job aids, FAQs, quick reference guides)
    • Experience developing training plans to support skills/knowledge required for new / modified operational roles.
    • Experience acting as project liaison with project stakeholders and clients.

 

  • ServiceNow Expertise:
    • Experience leading Change Management projects for ServiceNow adoption is preferred.
    • Experience using the ServiceNow platform is preferred.

 

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Excellent ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership, ensuring clear communication of goals and expectations.
    • Knowledge of organizational change management principles, methodologies, and best practices from a people-centered lens or from an HR-centric practice.
    • Knowledge of communication principles and techniques for effectively communicating change to stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of data analysis and evaluation techniques to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
    • Ability to educate and engage stakeholders to develop and embed change management practices within the organization.
    • Ability to influence others without direct authority by building strong relationships and effectively communicating the benefits of change management.
    • An excellent active listener with genuine curiosity to learn and empathize with stakeholders being impacted by the change.
    •  
  • ITIL and IT Service Management Frameworks:
    • Familiarity with ITIL and other relevant IT service management frameworks is preferred.

 

  • Certifications:
    • Organizational Change Management certification is desirable.
    • ITIL Foundation Certification or higher is a plus.
