Parts Manager

Matchbox is working with a growing HVAC supplier on the North Shore to find a strong HVAC Inside Sales Manager to lead their internal operations and drive continued growth. This role is ideal for someone who knows the HVAC industry, enjoys leading teams, and is ready to take full ownership of a busy parts division. You’ll oversee everything from sales performance to inventory forecasting, while creating structure and building out the team as demand continues to scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing day-to-day operations across sales, inventory, warehousing, and vendor coordination
• Managing, mentoring, and growing a team of inside sales reps and support staff
• Creating sales plans and performance strategies to meet revenue goals
• Forecasting demand and ensuring timely procurement and stocking of HVAC parts
• Negotiating with vendors and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Partnering with leadership to align goals and report on departmental performance
• Leading customer service initiatives to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Supporting marketing efforts through seasonal promotions and pricing strategies

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC or mechanical parts operations, with leadership experience
• A hands-on leadership style and proven ability to motivate and support a team
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and vendor networks
• Experience managing budgets, sales performance, and department KPIs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems 
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to step in where needed, including warehouse support and material handling
