Product Manager – Salesforce Data Cloud

• Matchbox Consulting Group are currently looking for a Product Manager – Salesforce Data Cloud for a 6 month contract role with a client of ours based in Vancouver.

  Resonsibilities:

• Own the roadmap and delivery of Customer Data Platform (CDP) and personalization capabilities
• Develop and scale personalization strategies across web, mobile, email, and paid media
• Build customer segmentation and targeting frameworks using behavioural, lifecycle, and value-based data
• Enable unified customer profiles across e-commerce, CRM, app, and in-store channels
• Partner with engineering and data teams on integrations, data quality, APIs, and audience activation
• Drive experimentation and optimization through A/B testing, performance tracking, and analytics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, engineering, and leadership teams
• Align personalization initiatives with business goals including engagement, conversion, retention, and customer
• Requirements:
• 5+ years of Product Management experience within digital, data, martech, or personalization environments
• Experience leading CDP and/or personalization initiatives
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and targeting strategies
• Experience working with customer data models, identity resolution, APIs, and data pipelines
• Ability to work closely with technical, data, and engineering teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience within retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel businesses
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven personalization or recommendation engines
• Familiarity with Databricks and/or Azure environments
