Project Coordinator – Calgary
Location: Calgary, AB

Overview
An established and growing developer-builder is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their Calgary team. This role offers hands-on exposure to complex, large-scale developments including high-rise residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects. You’ll work closely with both the field and office teams to ensure project success from pre-construction through close-out.
Key Projects
-
Large multi-family residential development ($400M+)
-
Mixed-use project with commercial and tenant fit-outs
-
Private recreation centre ($350M)
-
Various mid-size residential and commercial builds
Your Role
-
Coordinate drawings, documentation, sub-trades, and consultants
-
Track and update project schedules and site plans
-
Assist with tendering, contracts, change orders, and inspections
-
Attend daily huddles and weekly planning meetings
-
Maintain digital project files, shop drawing logs, and RFIs
-
Support budgeting, procurement, and material coordination
What You Bring
-
3+ years as a Project Coordinator with a general contractor or developer-builder
-
Experience on multi-family residential and/or commercial construction projects
-
Education in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field
-
Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills
-
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Nice to Have
-
Experience with concrete high-rise and mixed-use developments
-
Exposure to wood-frame or low-rise commercial projects is a bonus
