MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a well-capitalized private developer-builder with a strong pipeline of wood-frame and concrete residential projects across BC.

You will work directly with senior leadership in a high-trust role that offers real project ownership, career growth, and exposure to both development and construction. This is an opportunity to be part of a lean, collaborative team that takes pride in delivering quality work while enjoying a strong, team-oriented culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate and organize project documentation, permits, and contracts
• Liaise with trades, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects on track
• Support budgeting, scheduling, and invoice review
• Assist in project close-out activities and reporting
• Conduct regular site visits across the Lower Mainland 

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of construction coordination or related experience
• Experience with both wood-frame and concrete projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with site travel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Sage experience is an asset
