MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join a growing Surrey-based construction team specializing in multi-family wood-frame projects. Responsibilities:

• Support project teams with day-to-day construction coordination.
• Assist with construction sequencing, site logistics, and drawing review.
• Build and maintain relationships with superintendents, trades, and consultants.
• Track project progress, documentation, and reporting in Procore or similar systems.
• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• 1–5+ years of construction experience; multi-family wood-frame experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, sequencing, and site operations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to stay calm under deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Procore or similar systems is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for Surrey site visits.
• Collaborative mindset and interest in long-term growth within the company.
