This is a full-cycle Project Coordinator role focused on multi-family woodframe residential projects, from tender through Occupancy. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager through the full construction lifecycle of one or more multi-family woodframe projects
• Participate in tendering, subcontractor evaluation, contract awards, and project setup
• Assist with project scheduling, progress draws, and cost tracking
• Coordinate drawings, RFIs, shop drawings, and consultant documentation
• Maintain accurate project records, logs, and filing systems
• Generate reports and support internal and external project meetings
• Provide day-to-day coordination support to site and construction teams
• Contribute to quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in a construction Project Coordinator role
• Experience on multi-family woodframe residential projects preferred
• Exposure to projects from start through Occupancy is a strong asset
• BCIT Building Technology or equivalent education

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently and within a team setting
• Sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Procore required
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and ERP systems is an asset
