MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a 12 month contract role with a client of ours located in Vancouver

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the DAM system.
• Organize and catalog digital assets with consistent metadata.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows.
• Provide training on DAM best practices.
• Develop and enforce governance policies.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate technical support.
• Present progress reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience with technical writing, particularly related to system documentation or user guides.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in DAM or project coordination.
• Proficiency with DAM tools (e.g., BOX, Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder).
• Knowledge of metadata standards and taxonomy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
