MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Project Coordinator in Kelowna. Our client offers general contracting, construction management, and design/build services across Western Canada, leveraging offices situated in Vancouver, Kelowna, and Edmonton.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
• Managing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Assisting with project planning, execution, and problem-solving as needed.

Requirements

• Commercial, industrial or restaurant projects
• Estimating/take-offs experience
• 1+ year of experience as a Project Coordinator
