MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Project Coordinator in Kelowna, BC. Our client is a premier construction company specializing in the development of residential and commercial real estate. In this role, you will be reporting to the Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support Sr. Project Manager in managing contract documents and updating project information.
• Review and process RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and schedules using MS Project.
• Collaborate closely with construction management, site team, and utilize Procore for tracking changes.
• Monitor project changes, maintain QA/QC records, and contribute to project closeout.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of construction Project Coordinator experience.
• Familiarity with concrete, mid/high-rise construction.
