• Ideally, 100-150 homes under their belt 
• Local BC experience
• Procore, Bluebeam, MS Projects

Nice to Have

• Site experience
• Tenure in the resume 
• Systems oriented

• Office is located on West Georgia
• Project In Queensborough, New West

Project(s)

• Port Royal – 146 townhomes, 14 commercial units, 27 separate buildings
• Slab on grade, doing pre-load right now
• Currently, 2 projects in the works and 3 in the pipeline

Compensation

• Salary: $120k-$145k
• Bonus:
