Project Manager – Residential & Mixed-Use Development
Location: Calgary, AB

MatchBox Consulting Group is on the hunt for a Project Manager who’s ready to take on exciting residential and mixed-use developments in Calgary! If you love leading projects from concept to completion, enjoy problem-solving on the fly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
 

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• 2-5 years of project management experience (residential or mixed-use development)
• A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in design, permitting, and construction management
• Expertise in City of Calgary permitting processes, building codes, and construction methodologies
• A solid grasp of MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, Procore, and similar tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with top-notch problem-solving abilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading projects from design and permitting through to construction completion
• Managing consultant teams, including architects, engineers, and general contractors
• Overseeing third-party general contractors and ensuring project goals are met
• Tackling design and construction challenges head-on and finding smart solutions
• Keeping quality, timelines, and budgets on track
• Helping implement systems and processes to support a growing portfolio
