We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of luxury residential projects in Vancouver. This exceptional opportunity requires a meticulous professional committed to excellence, precision, and superior craftsmanship. Responsibilities

• Oversee the full construction lifecycle of custom home projects from planning through to possession
• Coordinate site activity, manage trades, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborate with consultants, designers, and engineers to align project execution with design intent
• Lead site meetings, track progress, and communicate updates to all key stakeholders
• Monitor budgets and schedules, flag issues early, and drive solutions to keep everything on track
• Review drawings, permits, and specifications to ensure everything is in order before site execution
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site with a strong focus on craftsmanship and quality control
• Represent the company professionally on site while building strong relationships with all involved parties

Requirements

• Strong experience managing custom residential builds, ideally in the two to ten million dollar range
• Solid understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and local permitting processes
• Proven ability to lead trades, coordinate consultants, and keep complex projects moving smoothly
• Confident in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, Buildertrend, or equivalent
• Committed to high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction
