MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Project Manager on behalf of one of BC’s largest electrical and utilities providers.
Location: Vancouver, BC | Hybrid
Contract Duration: 1 year
 

Responsibilities:

• Document Management: Develop and implement best practices for document management.
• Collaboration: Partner with WPM, FO, and Contracts to ensure data quality and align with business processes.
• Workplan Management: Perform data entry and manage updates for workplan maintenance.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality adheres to established business rules and standards.
• Data Extraction: Conduct data pulls to support reporting and analysis.
  Innovation: Utilize technology solutions to enhance processes and support business intelligence.

• Communication: Manage newsletters, contribute data to managing team SharePoint sites, and promote the team's brand.
• Scorecards and Reports: Create and publish monthly scorecards and reports, delivering critical insights and performance metrics to initiators and stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Assist the team in compliance with project closeout, ensuring all final documents and deliverables are completed.

Requirements:

• A minimum five (5) years of project management experience or equivalent
• Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation, preferred
• Degree in Computer Science
• Experienced in industry-leading practices for electronic document management.
• Proficient in creating work and document management solutions on SharePoint.
• Power Automate: Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows to streamline processes efficiently.
• Excel: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas for in-depth data analysis.
• Business Analysis: Strong foundation in business analysis with the ability to interpret and evaluate reporting outputs.
• Business Intelligence Tools:
• Power BI: Skilled in designing interactive dashboards and reports for data visualization.
• Cognos: Experienced in using Cognos for enterprise reporting and data modeling.
• Tableau: Proficient in creating dynamic visualizations to effectively communicate complex data insights.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Proven track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
