Matchbox Consulting is on the lookout for a dynamic Project Manager with multifamily wood frame experience to join a premier general contractor in the Lower Mainland. RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Oversee the full multifamily construction cycle for single or multiple projects, focusing on budget management and compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Manage draw reviews and document coordination to ensure project efficiency.
• Provide leadership and support to junior construction staff and site teams.
• Foster a professional culture that promotes skill development and teamwork.
• Actively participate in quality assurance meetings to drive continuous improvement.
• Challenge existing processes to enhance project delivery speed and quality at reduced costs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Over 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on budget development, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Completed the BCIT Building Technology Program (or equivalent credential).
• Skilled in reviewing shop drawings, managing documents, and controlling change order processes.
• High energy and positive attitude, with well-developed written and oral communication skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), MS Project, and experience with ERP systems and Procore.
