Matchbox is working with a well-established construction company with a strong reputation for delivering quality work across the Lower Mainland. They’re looking to add a Project Manager to their team. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead multiple projects at various stages, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scopes are met
• Recruit and oversee staff and subcontractors as needed
• Develop detailed project plans and manage project documentation
• Coordinate day-to-day site activity with superintendents and foremen
• Review and price change orders and track costs throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage external coordination
• Identify project risks and help develop practical mitigation strategies
• Handle contract scope reviews, pricing, and invoice approvals

What We’re Looking For

• Project management experience in construction, ideally with wood frame or low-rise
• Strong understanding of estimating, take-offs, and construction drawings
• Familiarity with Procore, Field Wire, and Planswift is an asset
• Confident leading teams and managing subcontractors independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
